Payment
We accept the means of payment described in the dedicated webpage of Jellymodels.com website.
In case of purchase refund, this will be through one of the methods proposed by Jellymodels.
The purchased products will be sent by the shipment method proposed by Jellymodels and confirmed in the order confirmation sent by email. Shipment will be made within 10 working days from the confirmation. Above shipment time does not apply in case of customized products or products made to order. Shipments costs, methods and time are specified in the dedicated webpage of JellyModels.com website.
Prices
Total price of the products including tax and all additional costs, such as delivery, are specified in the dedicated webpage of JellyModels.com website.
Exchanges and Refunds
The products can not be returned except those cases agree with Jellymodels. You can use your right to return purchased goods for a period within 14 days after the day you received your goods. The rule does not apply to custom-made products or products made to order, in this case, please, contact us to find a solution. You can not exercise such right of return for digital products and downloads.
Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days from receiving of the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back (eg. receipt of a tracked shipping). The costs of returning the goods to the seller are charged to the buyer.
We do not accept requests for refunds and for new shipments of products purchased without a tracked shipment. Refunds
